At The Project Guru, we understand that this is a big deal to you and your family. We want to ensure that the stress is off and allow you to focus on moving in!

Our inspection report give you the piece of mind that the house has been checked by a third party who knows what they are talking about. Our inspections take at least 1 hour depending on your home size can take up to 3 hours on site. This is when we take our information and findings back to our office and build the report. Within our report you will see each item labelled in order, with priority levels, photograph of the item and description of the defect. We have standard checks that we carry out and if we find no defect will will report no issues on these for good records. Once we have finished the report this will be sent via email to you as a PDF and paper if requested.
